Q - Can I use the planner if I have already started weaning my baby onto solids?

A. - Yes.
  1. Make sure that you list all of the foods you have already introduced
  2.   2. Use the Baby Weaning Planner to introduce the foods you have not introduced in the order in which they are listed.
      3. RE-introduce the foods you already have done, at the appropriate time from the planner.
  3. If the foods you have introduced are not listed, the introduce when your baby is 1 year or older -
